The Laser Room Truro cancellations and Refunds Policy
Treatments/services are non-refundable with change of mind and are not transferable to other individuals.
We require at least 48 hours notice to be given for any appointment cancellation.
If you cancel within 48 hours of your appointment or do not attend a booked appointment, we reserve the right to retain your deposit or use the session from your paid package.
In the case of pre-paid treatments, the full cost of 1 session will be forfeited.
Refunds will be provided only where required in accordance with the UK Consumer Law. We want you to be a satisfied client therefore if our service is faulty then you may be refunded. We don’t refund for change of mind.
Our procedures may not be suitable for you and whilst all due care and skill are exercised in treating our clients ultimately it is your responsibility to determine whether our treatments are right for you and you must carefully consider all circumstances before going ahead with any treatment.
In order for us to provide you with great service, it is fundamental that you provide all information requested in completing consent forms or advising us of any factors that may affect your treatments. You also need to have realistic expectations of the results of treatment and understand with some treatments future sessions may be needed and some clients need more treatments than the recommended amount due to every person being individual and certain hormonal factors. We encourage you to work with your therapist & ask all questions to ensure the best treatment outcome.
Packages purchased have to be used in within 12 months of the date purchased. We are unable to keep packages on our system for any longer than this period and after 12 months all clients have to come in for another consultation. Please do ensure you keep us informed about reasons of delay of using your package before the 12 month period is up.
All Gift Vouchers & Packages are not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Your Gift Voucher/Package expires 12 months from purchase date.
